Due to the nature of digital products (PDF downloads), all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
If you purchased a product but did not receive your download link, or if the download link is broken, contact us within 14 days of purchase at editor@goldtouchbrands.com with your order number, and we will resend the download link or issue a full refund.
If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a replacement file or a full refund.
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Print-on-demand books purchased through Amazon KDP are subject to Amazon's return policy. Returns and refunds for physical books must be handled through your Amazon account.
Free products (Comic Sampler, Activity Bundle) are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds.
Email editor@goldtouchbrands.com with your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
